Mochamad Reza, A.Md.Bns., S.H.

Reza focuses his practice on corporate and regulatory matters, immigration and international trade. He advises businesses on commercial agreements, corporate and business licensing, regulatory compliance, investment-related requirements, and legal matters affecting day-to-day operations.

He has handled regulatory and licensing matters involving OSS-RBA, SIINas, LKPM and other investment-related compliance requirements, including coordination with the relevant government institutions and regulators. He also assists businesses with immigration matters for foreign nationals in Indonesia, including visas, work authorisation, stay permits and related corporate immigration requirements.

His international trade experience covers export and import regulations, trade documentation, market access, licensing and regulatory compliance. He previously served as an Export Facilitator with the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, providing regulatory and trade-related assistance to Indonesian businesses.

With this mix of corporate, regulatory, immigration and international trade experience, he provides practical legal support to domestic and foreign businesses working within Indonesia’s regulatory environment.
